We can provide you and your family with around-the-clock, 24 hour palliative care so your loved one can remain and die at home. Our team will be there to support you every step of the way during this very difficult time. The caregivers we would assign will either be health care aides, or licensed practical nurses or registered nurses depending on what level of care is required. A nurse care manager will oversea the care and make sure the caregiving team will follow the doctor’s instructions as they are familiar with the specialized needs of palliative clients and the resources that are available in the community.
