We have no words that could fittingly describe the care, connection and collaboration we receive from GLOBAL SENIOR CARE and the PEOPLE who make up this team.  Loving, honourable, integral, kind, dutiful, knowledgeable and innovative only begin to describe leadership and scheduling staff ….and this sets the example of which to live by for all the nurses, lpns, and health care aids etc that have cared for my late father and now my mother.  Many times we felt so many emotions from fear of the next medical emergency to guilt from exhaustion in doing everything on our own that we could not be just daughters with our parents.   We ended up with three more sisters who came to HELP!   Thank you Ryan for finding them.  We are grateful for you Mina, Solmaz and Cheryl and the team of caregivers for the last 5 years or more who have been there for our parents and us! It is difficult for me to articulate just how grateful I am to Global Care for their excellent and loving care for my elderly Dad these past two years. Global Care provided 24/7 care for my Dad who has multiple and sometimes complicated care needs. I have come to know Dad's caregivers quite well, especially Simpy who is one of the best workers I've ever met, as well as being a person of excellent character and heart. I have the utmost respect and deep gratitude for all of Dad's caregivers and for Solmaz and Mina.  All provided excellent, diligent and kind care for Dad. When Dad was still living in his own home, the team of caregivers provided 24-hour personal care for Dad, healthy and delicious meals, excellent cleanliness of his home, clear and consistent documentation of medications, and friendly company, too.  Solmaz and Mina went the extra mile with very prompt and diligent communication, and they chose a terrific caregiving team for Dad. Global Care managers and caregivers communicate with clarity and kindness. The management provides professional oversight in every area of care, and confidently managed any changes that arose in my Dad's health situation, maintaining an exceptional awareness of all aspects of Dad's care and well-being.  There are smooth and kind lines of communication between caregiver, client, family, and management at Global Care.  Global Care is a professional, skilled team of very compassionate individuals. I have been using Global Care for a few years now and would be lost without them. They do everything I can no longer do; laundry, meal prep, shopping, driving, personal care and even have time to give belly rubs to my cat. Whatever I need they do with a smile and a can-do attitude.

The office people work with you to find the best match not only for your needs but for your personality. They too are always happy and upbeat and do what is needed to meet individual needs which might constantly change.

We are so very appreciative of the care that Global Senior Care provides for my parents!  My sister and I can take a breath and relax when we know that the caregiver is coming to spend time with my Mom and Dad.  My mom looks forward to seeing her caregiver every week. Two years ago my mother-in-law moved in with us as her increasing dementia did not allow her to stay in independent senior living.  When we interviewed Global Senior Care we immediately realized that a very caring and knowledgeable group would be supporting our needs.   We have had the same caregiver since day one and with dementia we have found that very important as trust takes a long time to build when the memory does not cooperate.  We are very grateful for the consistent and reliable care, the compassion and patience shown in her everyday needs. I have had Global Senior Care provide care for my mom for several years as her health has deteriorated.  I am so thankful, especially after seeing the weaknesses in our care homes exposed during this pandemic, to have been able to have my mom at home.   Our caregiver is amazing.  She treats my my mom with respect and takes care of all of her day to day needs which have become much more pronounced as time passes.   I don't know how I could have managed without her and without the support of Global especially as I had to transition to being able to work from home this last year.   The team at Global has always quickly responded to all of my questions and concerns.   I recommend them without hesitation.
