They have helped us out with taking care of my Mother in her home and have allowed us to keep her where she is comfortable. Mina met with me on my arrival into Calgary and after an assessment of Dad she had a plan and staff in place for his care. I appreciated the minimal number of aides assigned and that they fully understood his care needs. Mina’s final report allowed the coordinator at his new facility a very detailed insight into Dad’s daily schedule and capabilities. Global and their staff are excellent at what they do. Both my parents have dementia and my sisters and I were having a very hard time managing their care. Their team was very attentive and provided us with a great care team who helped us on a daily basis with companionship, meals, housekeeping, and eventually personal care for my mom. I would recommend them over other companies. We tried a few others and Global’s services are more affordable and generally better.

My first experience with your company has been a class act, and it was all because of your willingness to work with our family on short notice, with the utmost flexibility, that we were able to successfully keep __ out of a transfer to the hospital!
